MedOne access codes are issued for several reasons:
- Users who purchase a Thieme book with a MedOne access code inside.
- Users provided an access code from a Thieme partner.
- Users transferring access from another Thieme site to MedOne.
This page details the steps to redeem an access code on MedOne.
Select “Enter Access Code”
On the MedOne homepage, the “Enter Access Code” link will be displayed in the upper right corner of your screen.
You will be prompted to log in to your Thieme Account. If you do not have a Thieme Account, you will need to create one (“Sign Up” link) in order to redeem your code. If you are already logged in, your user name will be displayed and you can simply click “Enter access code”.
Redeem your Access Code
Once logged in you will prompted to enter your access code. The code is case-sensitive, and cannot include any extra spaces before or after the code.
Verification
A screen will appear letting you know that you have successfully registered your code.
You now have access to your content!
You can find your title by going to “Books” in the main left hand navigation. Please note that titles are not automatically added to your homepage after activation. To add a title to your homepage click the “star” button to the right of the book cover. This will allow you to add it to your homepage as a personal favorite.
Please note: you only need to enter your access code once. Once you have redeemed your code, the title is attached to your account. You do not need to enter the code again and can simply login with your credentials.
